Using this site means agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of www.cultureiqlabs.ca, operated by CultureIQ Labs Corp. (“CultureIQ Labs,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.

What we offer

• Research and tools — free. Our publications, frameworks, and tools are free to read and use.
• Training — paid, and handled elsewhere. Our courses are delivered on a separate platform (LearnWorlds, at learn.cultureiqlabs.ca), which has its own terms and handles enrollment and payment. Those terms govern your course purchase, not this page.

Using our content

Our research and tools are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 licence (CC BY-SA 4.0). That means you’re welcome to share and adapt them — including commercially — as long as you credit CultureIQ Labs and share any adaptations under the same licence.

Our name, logo, and the names of our frameworks and instruments (including “CultureIQ Labs” and “A.R.T.”) are our trademarks and brand, and are notcovered by that licence — please don’t use them in a way that implies we endorse or are affiliated with your work without asking us first.

Information, not professional advice

Everything on this site — the research, the frameworks, and the tools (such as the documentation log, the workplace reflection, the cost estimator, and the clinician conversation aids) — is provided for general information and education. It is not legal, medical, clinical, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional who knows your specific situation.

The cost estimator produces illustrative estimates, not predictions or guarantees. The workplace reflection is a reflection aid, not a diagnostic or measurement instrument. If you’re facing a decision with real legal, medical, or financial stakes, please talk to a qualified professional.

Acceptable use

Please use the site fairly. Don’t:

• attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• scrape or copy it in ways that burden the service or strip required attribution;
• use it to break the law or to misrepresent your relationship with CultureIQ Labs.

Other services and links

The site links to and relies on separate services — including LearnWorlds (training), Substack (newsletter), and our sibling brand Eunosa — and may link to other websites we don’t control. Those services and sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for their content.

The site is provided “as is”

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CultureIQ Labs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of — or inability to use — the site or anything on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Ontario.
