We want everyone — including people who use assistive technology — to be able to read our research and use our tools. Here’s our commitment, what we’ve done, and how to tell us when something isn’t working.
Accessibility is part of why this lab exists, so it matters that the site itself is accessible. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We treat accessibility as ongoing work — we test, we find things, and we fix them — rather than a one-time box to tick. We haven’t commissioned a formal third-party audit, so we describe this as what we aim for and actively maintain.
We’re honest about where we’re still working:
We’d much rather hear about a problem than have you struggle silently.
If any part of this site is hard to use with your assistive technology, or you’d like something in a different accessible format, email hello@cultureiqlabs.ca. Tell us the page and what got in your way. We’ll respond, work with you on an alternative, and fix the underlying issue.
We aim to meet our obligations under Ontario’s Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), including providing accessible formats and communication supports on request. If our feedback process itself isn’t accessible to you, let us know and we’ll find a way that works.
