We collect almost nothing, we don’t track you across the web, and we never sell your data. This page explains exactly what happens to any information you share with us.
CultureIQ Labs Corp. (“CultureIQ Labs,” “we,” “us”) runs www.cultureiqlabs.ca. We built this site to be useful, not to harvest data. In practice that means:
If you use a form on the site — the research-intake (“Ask”) form or an advisor application — we receive what you type, typically your name, email address, and your message. These submissions reach us as an email through our email provider, Resend. We do not store them in a database on the website.
We use Vercel’s privacy-friendly analytics to understand, in aggregate, what’s useful — things like which pages are visited, the general region (country), and device or browser type. This data is cookieless and is not tied to you as an individual.
Like every website, our hosting provider processes your device’s IP address and standard request information in order to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
Only for the reason you’d expect: to reply to you, to provide something you asked for (like a newsletter or a course), and to understand in aggregate what’s working on the site. We collect the minimum needed for those purposes and nothing more.
We keep our toolkit small and use reputable providers. Some of them operate outside Canada (mainly the United States), which means your information may be processed or stored outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of those countries.
We keep form submissions only as long as we need them to handle your request and for reasonable business records, and we’ll delete them on request. Aggregate analytics contain no personal information. Newsletter and training data are kept by Substack and LearnWorlds for as long as you stay subscribed or enrolled.
Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you can:
Email hello@cultureiqlabs.caand we’ll respond within a reasonable time. If you’re ever unsatisfied with how we’ve handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
This site is intended for working adults and professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
We use reasonable safeguards — HTTPS everywhere, reputable providers, and collecting as little as possible in the first place. No method of transmitting information over the internet is ever completely secure, but minimal collection is our strongest protection.
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the “last updated” date above. If a change is significant, we’ll do our best to flag it clearly.
