CultureIQ Labs publishes free, fully-cited evidence on workforce health. We stay founder-led — but we’re building a small advisory council to keep the work honest and useful. Some advisors weigh in now and then; others go deep. You choose how much, and you carry no legal or financial responsibility either way.
Some advisors weigh in now and then; others go deep. You choose how much, and you can change your mind.
React to a specific piece when it’s in your wheelhouse. No standing commitment.
The usual shape — two or three short meetings a year, with the occasional question by email in between.
Take on a topic you care about, or join a specific project.
Help build the actual work — co-develop a tool or a scale, or co-author a publication. Contributors are credited by name, and as co-authors where the work warrants it. It’s held to the same standard as everything we publish — every claim cited or refused — and it’s unpaid for now, but can become a paid role if and when funding lands.
Our research says people should be able to control what they disclose, and to whom. We hold to that here — you decide how you appear.
Listed on this site with a short bio, and a photo if you’re willing.
Listed as, say, “a lived-experience advisor” — no name.
You advise; you’re not listed at all.
Any of these is a full advisor. None is lesser.
You have personally navigated disability, disclosure, accommodation, or return-to-work, and you’re willing to speak to it.
You work in disability management, return-to-work, or occupational health and safety, and you know what holds up in real cases.
You practise occupational medicine, psychology, or therapy that touches a patient’s return to work.
You work in industrial or organizational psychology, or occupational health, and you can stand behind the evidence.
Above all, we’re looking for alignment with the mission — the commitments in our social mission policy. Whatever your background, that’s what matters most.
Your name, if you choose, on free and fully-cited research you helped keep honest.
A hand in shaping a young field — and the tools it’s built on — before they’re set.
A seat at a table that rarely exists: lived experience, front-line practice, clinical work, and research, in one room.
Early sight of what we’re working on, and a real say in what we take on next.
If you’ve lived it: your experience treated as expertise, on your own terms of disclosure.
A few sentences is plenty. Meagan reads every application personally and responds either way. If you’d rather just email, write to hello@cultureiqlabs.ca.
