ABSTRACT

The A.R.T. (Acknowledge, Reclaim, Thrive) framework is CultureIQ Labs’ proprietary methodology for translating evidence into organizational intervention. It maps the 697-study evidence base to three integrated phases that build on each other sequentially.

Acknowledge uses ICC-validated psychological safety assessment at the team level — measuring the structural conditions that predict outcomes, not the sentiment engagement surveys capture. Reclaim delivers A.R.T. Leadership Certification and RTW Supervisor Training, building the managerial capability your assessment reveals you need. Thrive provides RTW case management with proprietary risk scoring, CSA Z1003/Z1011 compliance tracking, and audit-ready documentation.

Unlike piecemeal wellness programs or standalone engagement surveys, A.R.T. treats assessment, training, and case management as a unified system. The evidence is clear: organizations implementing all three components achieve 2.4 times better outcomes than single-component interventions.
