RTW Complexity Risk Model — Practitioner Certification.

Six-week cohort program for working DM, HR, and OHS consultants. Tuition is per seat; cohorts run quarterly.

Currency: Canadian dollars (CAD)
Taxes: HST applied where required (Ontario; other provinces as applicable)
Payment terms: Net 30 · Interac e-transfer or wire
Cancellation: < 72 hours notice: 50% of reserved time charged
Confidentiality: PHIPA + PIPEDA compliant; case identifiers scrubbed from any teaching examples (with permission)
Travel: Travel time billed at 50% of hourly rate; expenses at cost
Referrals: No referral fees paid; introductions reciprocated when fit
